Feather Care
How do I care for feather-trimmed garments and accessories?
We recommend professional dry cleaning by a specialist experienced with feather-trimmed garments. Avoid moisture, excessive heat, and direct contact with perfumes or hairsprays.
Will my feathers become flattened during shipping?
Some compression may occur during transit. Upon arrival, remove your item from packaging promptly and gently fluff the feathers by hand. Most feathers will naturally regain their fullness and movement.
Are natural variations in feathers normal?
Yes. Because feathers are natural materials, slight variations in texture, length, and movement are part of their beauty and contribute to the uniqueness of each design.
Shipping
How long will it take to receive my order?
Ready-to-ship items typically ship within 3–5 business days. Made-to-order and custom items may require additional production time. Estimated timelines are provided on product pages whenever applicable.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship to select international destinations. International customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees.

Do you offer bridal accessories?
Yes. Our Mariée de Plumes™ Collection features luxurious feather-accented capelets, shawls, wraps, boleros, and special occasion accessories designed for weddings, anniversaries, vow renewals, and formal events.
How far in advance should I order for my wedding or special event?
We recommend placing orders as early as possible, especially for custom or made-to-order pieces. For weddings and special events, a minimum of 8–12 weeks is recommended whenever possible.
Wholesale
Do you offer wholesale accounts?
Yes. Qualified retailers, bridal boutiques, resort shops, and specialty stores are invited to apply for a wholesale account.
