Order Processing
Many of our designs are handcrafted, made in limited quantities, or produced to order.

Ready-to-ship items typically ship within 3–5 business days after payment confirmation.

Made-to-order and custom pieces may require additional production time. Estimated production timelines will be noted on the product page.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Domestic Shipping (United States)
We currently ship throughout the United States using trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx.

International Shipping
We proudly ship to select international destinations.

Luxury Packaging
Every Angelique Terrelonge order is carefully packaged to protect delicate fabrics, feather embellishments, and handcrafted details during transit.
Gift packaging may be available on select items.
Feather Garments & Accessories
Due to the nature of natural ostrich and marabou feathers, slight compression may occur during shipping.
Upon arrival:

Remove items from packaging promptly.

Allow feathers to relax naturally.

Gently fluff feathers by hand to restore their fullness and movement.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information.
Angelique Terrelonge is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery responsibility rests with the carrier.
If your package is delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier directly and then contact us for assistance.
Angelique Terrelonge is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier.
Custom, Made-to-Order & Special Occasion Orders
Custom and made-to-order items often require extended production timelines and may not be eligible for expedited shipping.
