Thank you for your interest in becoming an authorized retailer of Angelique Terrelonge products. By placing a wholesale order, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
Wholesale Eligibility
Wholesale pricing is available only to qualified retailers, boutiques, bridal salons, resort shops, specialty stores, and approved online retailers.
Angelique Terrelonge reserves the right to approve or decline any wholesale account application at its sole discretion.
Minimum Order Requirements
Minimum opening and reorder quantities may apply and are subject to change without notice.
Current minimum order requirements will be communicated through our wholesale platform or directly by our sales team.
Pricing
Wholesale pricing is confidential and intended solely for approved retailers.
Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
Payment Terms
Unless otherwise approved:

Orders must be paid in full before shipment.

Accepted payment methods include credit card, ACH transfer, approved wholesale platform payment systems, and other approved payment methods.

Custom and special-order merchandise may require full payment prior to production.
Production & Delivery
Many Angelique Terrelonge products are handcrafted in limited quantities.
Estimated production and shipping timelines are provided as a guideline and are not guaranteed.
Angelique Terrelonge shall not be liable for delays resulting from material shortages, weather events, shipping carrier delays, customs processing, or circumstances beyond our control.
Shipping
Shipping costs are the responsibility of the retailer unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
Risk of loss transfers to the buyer upon delivery to the shipping carrier.
Returns & Exchanges
Due to the handcrafted and limited-edition nature of our collections:

Wholesale orders are generally non-returnable and non-refundable.

Claims for shortages, damages, or defects must be submitted within 5 business days of receipt.

Approved claims may be resolved through replacement, repair, store credit, or other remedies at our discretion.
Intellectual Property
All product designs, photographs, branding materials, logos, marketing assets, and website content remain the exclusive property of Angelique Terrelonge.
Retailers may use approved marketing images solely for the purpose of promoting authorized Angelique Terrelonge products.
Online Sales
Retailers may only sell Angelique Terrelonge products through approved retail locations and approved e-commerce channels.
Sales through unauthorized third-party marketplaces may result in termination of wholesale privileges.
Limitation of Liability
Angelique Terrelonge shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the purchase, resale, or use of our products.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.
